Senior Home Safety Inspection
An in home safety assessment by a licensed Occupational Therapist and a certified Contractor. We will provide tips and advice to keep your home safe to allow you to Age in Place. Fifty percent of the consultation fee will be applied to the Job if we perform the work on the home.
Hourly Handyman Work
Hire us for small jobs around the house, Including minor electrical and plumbing work. Picture and shelf hanging, TV hanging, small repairs on furniture. Cleaning out dryer vents, squeaky door hinge, screen repair, battery replacements of fire alarms, AC unit filter changes, minor leaks, grout cleaning, caulking jobs and just about any other small job you can think of.
Appliance Installation
Install water heaters, dishwashers, washer and dryers, stoves, refrigerators, garbage disposals, stove Vents, water systems.
Flooring Installation and repair
Small room vinyl, wood or manufactured flooring installations
Bathroom Remodeling
Install or replace shower valves, sinks, toilets, shower rods, shower doors, ceiling vents all fixtures, lighting fixtures, doors, wall painting, tub hardware
Drywall Repair and finishing
We fix leak damages and holes in your drywall, We can Prime and paint if requested.
Switches Outlets, lights Ceiling Fans
We will install all 2/3/4 light switches, regular, switched and GFCI receptacles, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
Indoor Painting
Single or multiple room painting. Includes wall prep, taping, painting and cleanup. Additional trim, door, ceiling and window painting also available on request
Cabinet Painting
Refinishing
Degreasing, sanding priming, and painting of cabinet door and boxes. Hardware installations.
